Airen Edebiri, PharmD, is an experienced pharmacist with 17 years in community pharmacy. He specializes in medication therapy management, regulatory compliance, and patient care. Edebiri offers expert testimony and consultation for legal cases involving pharmacy regulations, medication errors, adverse drug reactions, and standard-of-care issues. He evaluates drug interactions, overdoses, and medication errors, using his extensive knowledge of pharmacology and pharmacokinetics.

Edebiri holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Harding University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has served as a Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist, overseeing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. His expertise in reviewing medical records and scientific literature to assess causation and liability makes him a valuable resource for attorneys, insurers, and other parties in pharmacy-related legal matters.

Matthew J. Labreche, MSc, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP

Matthew  Labreche, MSc, PharmD, is an experienced pharmacist with 12 years in infectious diseases pharmacotherapy. He specializes in antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, antimicrobial resistance, and patient care. Matthew holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin. He has served as an Infectious Diseases Clinical Specialist and Antimicrobial Stewardship leader in public and private health systems, overseeing their development and expansion and guiding them through Joint Commission evaluation. Additionally, Matthew has experience working on Infection Control, Sepsis, Surgical Infection and Quality Improvement committees. Furthermore, Dr Labreche has served as a preceptor for pharmacy students and pharmacy residents and routinely provides lectures for departments of medicine and surgery.

Martha M. Little, PharmD

40 years in practice

Martha M. Little holds active licenses in her home state and is proficient with state and federal pharmacy laws. Martha has held positions in leadership and operations with retail, long term care, specialty, home infusion, and compounding pharmacies. Her titles have included Pharmacist-in-charge, Pharmacy Manager, Vice President of Operations, Quality Improvement Director, Regional Director of Business Development, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. Her current role is as a Director/Owner in a Pharmacy she founded.


CORE COMPETENCIES: Executive management, operations, compliance, quality assurance/improvement, managed care (private and Federal programs), PBMs, Pharmacy Law, business development, clinical programs, public speaking, and USP/accreditation standards.


EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Dr. Little obtained a B.S. in Pharmacy and Zoology from University of Florida and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Nova Southeastern University.


Dr. Little was previously a nationally Certified Geriatric Pharmacist, served as a Region IV Director for ASCP (5 years), and was appointed by the Governor as a District IX Ombudsman Pharmacist(4 years). Dr. Little received the Consultant Pharmacist of the year award in 2005.
